Help Your Addicted One. Support The Family. Restore Yourself
Overcome Addiction
in Your Family
About me
Hi, I’m Svitlana Rudovska — the author of a recovery program for relatives of addicted individuals. I help families understand addiction, rebuild communication, and support their loved ones without losing themselves.
With 20+ years of teaching experience and years of working with families since 2018, I guide people through the emotional, relational, and practical challenges that addiction brings.
I created the OVERCOME program, a structured 3-course system that helps you gain clarity, set boundaries, and restore balance.
You can complete it in four formats: Self-Guided, Group, Group with Special Organizer, or Personal 1:1 support.
What I offer
Self-Guided Program
Work at your own pace with structured lessons and curated materials. Includes one introductory session with me and one follow-up session.
Perfect if you prefer privacy and independent learning.
Group Program
Join a group that I personally guide through a structured curriculum.
Includes 6 live group sessions with me + shared learning and support.
You study together, but I organize and lead the process.
Personal Support (1:1) Program
This format means you work personally with me, one on one.
No group, no self-study — just private sessions, regular check-ins, and continuous support.
Best if you need personalized help for your specific situation.
Group Program with Special Organizer
This format is for communities, organizations, or existing groups that already have their own coordinator, who manages all organizational tasks while I provide support and guidance during scheduled meetings.
Ideal for groups that want guidance while keeping all organization on their side.
What each program contains

Testimonials
Elena
“I’ve been bound by my mother’s control since childhood, and my brother, unable to cope, turned to alcohol. After the course “Overcome”, I broke free from my mother’s control, guided my brother to rehab, and conquered the fear of parental rejection.”
Valentyna
“I bore the burden of my husband’s decade-long gambling debts, enduring poverty and witnessing my child’s resentment. Having done the course, I ceased paying my husband’s loans, overcame shame and fear of collectors, and shifted the responsibility back to him. Now, he faces his fear of debts and collectors.”
Nadin
Initially, I provided financial support to my nephew’s family, enduring his addiction and aggression. Following a jail term, his family fell apart upon his return, leading to his wife leaving. After completing the program, I stopped financial assistance, convincing him to pursue rehab after 15 years of addiction.”
Nataly
“My son struggled with purposelessness, daily beer, strained family ties, and poor communication. After completing the program, I cultivated openness and trust in the family. My son pursued a new job, discovered a sense of purpose, and took control of his alcohol consumption.”
