The Author

Hi, I’m Svitlana Rudovska, the author and creator of a program for relatives of addicts. I’m passionate about building supportive homes and encouraging loved ones to embrace treatment.

With 20 years of teaching experience and a PhD in Public Administration, my involvement in social and charitable projects in Ukraine has allowed me to contribute to the creation of a specialized program for relatives of addicts. Leveraging my 7-year experience in helping families facing addiction, and drawing on my personal journey of overcoming family addiction, I’ve witnessed positive results and healed numerous families. This journey has equipped me with a profound understanding of the nuances involved in addressing family problems with addicts. Join me on this transformative journey of positive change

My Philosophy

My philosophy centers on empowering relatives, urging them to recognize the significance of their lives beyond aiding the addicted. Balancing care for the addict and their own well-being, I highlight the impact of their behavior on treatment decisions. Regardless of the addict’s stance, relatives deserve respect and fulfillment. It’s vital to navigate and minimize addiction’s impact on the family name. Our program guides relatives in persuading addicts to seek treatment and fosters self-care practices for their well-being.
